Matt > Office Plants -
On the side of a monstrous, featureless skyscraper, there is one column of windows. The tree looked kind of like it was watching people on the street.
Matt > Modern Art Corner -
What should I be taking away from these colored squares?
Matt > Christian Science Center "Hallway" -
This 1970's concrete building extends for hundreds of feet. Through the end of this outdoor "hallway," you can see the more traditional brick and wood of the church.
Matt > Angled Ceiling -
It's clear that a great deal of work went into the design of the ceiling for the West Wing of the Smithsonian Museum of Art.
Matt > Steps At Porter Square Station -
As far as stairs in a train station go, the ones in Porter Square station in Boston are fairly intimidating.
Matt > Prudential Building -
The Prudential Building in Boston is another whose design take a lot of heat. I, for one, love the design of the building with its huge mesh of steel, windows, and 60's-era grey paneling.
Matt > Upstairs -
Of all the buildings on the MIT campus, I chose to photograph this one. The stairwell has nice contrast because of the white and gray color scheme, and large windows at every landing.
Matt > John Hancock Tower -
The John Hancock Tower in Boston stands as a mirror on Copley Square.
Matt > Window to Ceiling -
The high ceilings in Union Station, Washington DC, as seen through a hole in the wall.
